Letrozole Not Working? What to Do Next to Support Ovulation and Fertility

You took the supplements.

You changed your diet.

You tracked your cycle.

You tried Letrozole.

Maybe you even increased your Letrozole dose…multiple times.

And you’re still not consistently ovulating—and month another month has passed without a pregnancy.

What do you do when Letrozole isn’t working?

For many women, the next conversation becomes another medication cycle, another dose increase, or eventually a discussion about IVF.

But before you assume you’ve run out of options, I want you to ask a different question:

What does my body need to consistently support ovulation?

Letrozole Can Induce Ovulation—But Why Aren’t You Ovulating?

Letrozole is an aromatase inhibitor commonly used in fertility treatment, particularly in cases of anovulatory infertility.

But here’s the distinction I want you to understand:

Inducing ovulation and investigating why you aren’t ovulating are two different things.

There are many reasons a woman may experience absent, irregular, or dysfunctional ovulation.

That’s why when a client comes to me after several unsuccessful rounds of Letrozole, I want to zoom out.

Instead of looking exclusively at her ovaries, I want to understand the bigger picture involving her reproductive hormones, thyroid function, nutrition, metabolic health, stress, lifestyle, digestion, and personal history.

Because hormones can be the downstream signal that something upstream needs more support: looking beyond reproductive hormones alone and investigating metabolic, nutritional, nervous-system, and gut-health factors as part of the larger fertility picture.

Start With How You’re Fueling Your Body

One of the first places I want you to get curious is your nutrition. And I’m not asking:

“Do you eat healthy?”

Most of the women who come to me eat incredibly “healthy” diets.

I’m asking:

Are you eating enough to support your body’s needs?

How much are you eating?

When are you eating?

Are you going long stretches without food?

Are you eating enough earlier in the day?

Have you spent years dieting or controlling your weight?

Have you unintentionally trained yourself to ignore hunger?

Eating high-quality foods doesn’t automatically mean you’re providing enough energy to support reproductive function.

Look at What Happens First Thing in the Morning

If you’ve spent years trying complicated fertility protocols, sometimes the next step isn’t adding ten more things.

It’s getting really consistent with the foundations.

One place we focus is how you’re nourishing your body first thing in the day.

Your body needs consistent access to energy.

So rather than waking up, drinking coffee, exercising, getting through half the morning and eventually eating something small, I want to start creating a different pattern of nourishment.

This is one of the core areas we focus on inside my 14-Day Fertility Jumpstart: helping you pay attention not only to what you’re eating but also when and how much you’re eating to support your fertility. Pasted markdown

Don’t Forget Hydration and Minerals

The second foundational area I want you thinking about is hydration and mineral intake.

When women are trying to get pregnant, there’s a tendency to jump immediately toward fertility-specific supplements and protocols.

But I want the foundations in place first.

Inside the 14 Day Fertility Jumpstart, we focus on consistently supporting hydration and mineral intake alongside morning nourishment.

Why start there?

Because I don’t want you walking away from another fertility resource with ten more things to do.

I want you to start with a small number of actions you can actually implement consistently.

Pay Attention to How Your Body Responds

This is another piece that’s often overlooked.

Instead of only asking:

“Did I ovulate yet?”

I want you to begin noticing how your body responds when it’s consistently supported.

What happens to your energy?

Your afternoon crashes?

Your hunger?

Your sleep?

Your digestion?

Your satisfaction after meals?

The goal isn’t to promise that one breakfast or mineral drink will magically restore ovulation.

It’s to begin changing the foundational habits while also learning to recognize the feedback your body is giving you.

You Don’t Need Another Overwhelming Fertility To-Do List

If Letrozole isn’t working, I understand how tempting it is to search for the next thing.

Another supplement.

Another diet.

Another medication.

Another fertility hack.

But before you add another ten things to your fertility routine, I want to help you get consistent with the foundations.

That’s why I created the 14-Day Fertility Jumpstart.

For 14 days, we’re going to focus on two of the foundational areas I look at with my fertility clients: how you’re nourishing your body first thing in the day and whether you’re consistently supporting hydration and mineral intake.

You’ll also learn more about the signals your body is giving you so you can start understanding your fertility rather than constantly feeling confused by it.

And instead of another giant protocol, you’ll have two specific changes to focus on implementing consistently.

The 14-Day Fertility Jumpstart is only $27, and you’ll get immediate access so you can begin today.
