Meet our expert team of Functional Fertility Dietitian Nutritionists at Nourished Fertility.
Every dietitian on our team has been through her own version of what you're going through right now. We've navigated complicated hormone conditions, lost our periods, worked to rebuild trust with our bodies, restore fertility, and come out the other side. That personal experience isn't just a nice backstory. It's part of what makes the support inside our programs feel genuinely different. We're not reading from a textbook. We know this path, and we're here to walk it with you.

I knew I'd found my calling when I realized I could combine my passion for nutrition with my deep desire to help women become the healthiest versions of themselves before pregnancy. Today, I have the privilege of helping women uncover what's been standing between them and the family they've dreamed of—restoring healthy ovulation, supporting fertility, and guiding them with a personalized plan to build the healthiest foundation possible for pregnancy and motherhood.
After years of rigid food rules and losing my period after coming off birth control, I finally learned how to nourish my body instead of constantly trying to control it. That healing journey restored my cycle and ultimately gave me the greatest gift of all: becoming a mom to my two daughters.
Now, as a fertility dietitian, I help women who feel like they've already done everything "right" finally connect the dots behind missing or irregular ovulation, uncover what's been overlooked, and move forward with confidence instead of more guessing.
I live in Greenville, South Carolina, with my high school sweetheart and husband, Nick, and our two daughters, Madelyn and Annabelle. You'll usually find me with a mineral mocktail in hand, strength training, spending weekends on the lake with my family, or planning our next adventure together.

After college, a period of disordered eating and overexercising eventually led to the loss of my period, and for the first time I really started thinking about my reproductive health. What began as a journey to understand why my cycle had disappeared ultimately changed the way I thought about nutrition, hormones, and what it actually means to support a healthy body.
Learning to nourish my body consistently, let go of perfection, and rebuild trust with food and exercise helped me get my period back naturally—but my own hormone journey didn't end there. Navigating PMOS and Hashimoto's has given me an even deeper appreciation for how complex the reproductive system can be and how factors like nutrition, metabolism, thyroid and adrenal health, stress and digestion can all play a role.
Those experiences continue to shape my work and guide me as I prepare for my own fertility journey. Today, I'm passionate about helping women who are struggling to get pregnant and feel like they've already done everything "right." Together, we look beyond the basics to understand the bigger picture, identify areas that may need more support, and create a personalized plan to nourishing the body and supporting healthy hormones, ovulation, and fertility.
I'm a Midwest girl living in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with my fiancé, our dog, two cats, and an obnoxious number of houseplants. Some of my favorite things include matcha lattes, walks outside (even in the winter!), my acupressure mat, game nights, strength training, and singing!
